Deliverables let you create client-ready reports and QBRs using data from Lifecycle Manager and supported integrations. They bring key information together in one place so you can support strategic conversations with your clients, including planning, budgeting, and security reviews.
You can present Deliverables live during a meeting, share them with clients using a secure link, or export them as a PDF.

What is a Deliverable?
A Deliverable is a structured, client-specific report made up of individual sections. Each section focuses on a different area of the client's environment, plans, or performance.
When you create a Deliverable, you choose which sections to include based on the topics you want to review with the client. You can then configure each section to control which data appears and how it's presented.
Accessing Deliverables
To view all Deliverables across all of your clients, click Deliverables from the left navigation menu when All clients is selected from the client picker.
To view Deliverables for a single client:
- Click the client picker dropdown beneath your account name in the upper left of the page.
- Select the client's name from the list (Use the search box to find a specific client, if required).
The client's name will appear in the client picker to show which client you're currently viewing.
Deliverables page layout
The Deliverables tab lists every Deliverable that exists for the client, showing its name, type (Custom or Template), status (Unpublished or Published), any linked meeting, when it was last updated, and the owner.
The Scheduled tab lists Deliverables set up to generate and send automatically, showing the template used, the client, the send cadence, any recipient overrides, status, and the next delivery date.
The Templates tab lists the Deliverable templates available to your account, grouped by source (ScalePad or Custom), with a search field and a filter for narrowing by source.
