Deliverables let you create client-ready reports from Lifecycle Manager data. This article explains how to create a new Deliverable for a client and select the sections you want to include.

The new Lifecycle Manager UI is in Open Beta You might notice occasional changes as we continue to refine this feature. |

What you'll need:
|
Navigating to Deliverables
- Click the client picker dropdown beneath your account name in the upper left of the page.
- Select the client's name from the list (Use the search box to find a specific client, if required).
The client's name will appear in the client picker to show which client you're currently viewing.
- In the Engage section of the left navigation panel, click Deliverables.
The Deliverables page lists every Deliverable that exists for that client.
When you open a Deliverable, its sections appear in a list along the left side of the editor. Click a section in the list to jump to it and edit its content and configuration.
Creating a Deliverable from a template
Templates can be used to create a standard Deliverable structure across multiple clients, such as a QBR format.
- Click + New Deliverable.
- Click From a Template.
- Browse or search for a template, or use the Source filter to show only ScalePad templates or only Custom templates.
- Click a template to select it.
- Click Create deliverable.
The new Deliverable opens in the editor, named after the template, with its sections already in place. You can rename it at any time by editing its title at the top of the editor. To change the sections or their order after creation, see Adding and configuring Deliverables sections (New UI).
Creating a Deliverable from scratch
If you need a custom structure, start from a blank Deliverable and choose exactly which sections to include.
- Click + New Deliverable.
- Click Blank deliverable.
The Deliverable opens in the editor with no sections and a default name. Click + Add Section to start building it out. You can add:
-
Core sections
Overview, Goals, Roadmap, Budget, Agreements, Assessments, Hardware, Contacts, and Service Quality -
Custom sections
Rich Text, PDF, or Image -
Integration sections
Risk Management, Client Experience, and Documentation
For more on what each section is for, see About Deliverables (New UI).
