The account-wide Meetings page shows meetings across the clients you can access. Use it to review upcoming work, completed meetings, and meetings for the clients each account manager supports.
Open account-wide Meetings
- In the new Lifecycle Manager UI, select All clients in the client picker.
- Open Engage > Meetings in the left navigation.
- Use the list controls to narrow the meetings you want to review.
Meeting access follows your Client Focus access and client permissions. Selecting a specific client shows that client's meetings instead.
Find meetings by Account Owner
Account Owner refers to a member of the client's account team assigned the Account Manager role. It identifies who manages the client relationship.
- Show the Account Owner column to see the client's account manager alongside each meeting.
- Use the Account Owner filter to narrow the list to the clients managed by a selected person.
- Sort by Account Owner to group the list by the people managing those clients.
Meeting Owner is the person responsible for a particular meeting. Filtering by Account Owner is based on the client's account team, so it can return meetings owned by someone else.
Create and edit a meeting
Click New Meeting, select the client, and enter the meeting details. The owner defaults to the signed-in user and can be changed. Choose a meeting type if needed. You can create a one-off meeting without a date; a recurring meeting requires a date, start time, and end time.
Open a meeting to edit its details, attendees, agenda, notes, and linked items. Changes save automatically. Let pending edits finish saving before leaving or reopening the meeting.
Recurring meetings
For creating a series and deciding whether to edit one meeting or the series, see Creating and editing recurring meetings.
