Deliverables let you create client-ready reports and QBRs using data from Lifecycle Manager and supported integrations.

They bring key information together in one place so you can support strategic conversations with your clients, including planning, budgeting, and security reviews.

You can present Deliverables live during a meeting, share them with clients using a secure link, or export them as a PDF.

What you'll need:

  • A Lifecycle Manager X license applied to clients for whom you want to use Deliverables.

What is a Deliverable?

A Deliverable is a structured, client-specific report made up of individual sections. Each section focuses on a different area of the client’s environment, plans, or performance.

When you create a Deliverable, you choose which sections to include based on the topics you want to review with the client. You can then configure each section to control which data appears and how it's presented.

Deliverable sections

Deliverables are made up of Core sections and Integration-based sections.

Core sections

Core sections use data from Lifecycle Manager. They include:

  • Overview - High-level snapshot, bringing together goals, roadmap items and key metrics.
  • Goals - Client goals and objectives, along with status and progress over time.
  • Roadmap - Initiatives and projects organized over time to show what’s in progress and what’s coming next.
  • Budget - Planned and forecasted IT spend, including total budget and key breakdowns.
  • Contracts - Vendor and services contracts, with focus on renewals, spend and upcoming expirations.
  • Assessments - Security and compliance assessments completed for the client, including summaries and comparisons.
  • Assets - Hardware views that highlight asset health and lifecycle risk.

Not all core sections need to be used in every Deliverable. Select the ones that support the conversation you plan to have with your client.

Integration-based sections

Integration-based sections display data from supported third-party tools.

Deliverables currently support the following integrations:

  • Cork - Highlights security risks and protection gaps to support remediation planning and client security conversation.
  • Huntress - Surfaces threat and malware activity to support security improvements, credential hygiene, and user awareness recommendations.
  • IT Glue - Provides visibility into documentation coverage and status, helping identify missing, expired, or soon-to-expire records.

How Deliverables are used

You can use deliverables for a range of client-facing conversations, including:

  • Quarterly business reviews (QBRs) - Present goals, roadmap, and investments in a single, client-ready view.
  • Strategy and roadmap discussions - Show where the client is today, what’s planned, and how projects align to goals.
  • Budget and investment planning - Review forecasted spend alongside initiatives, assets, and contracts.
  • Security and compliance reviews - Combine assessments, vendor security reports, and roadmap items into one narrative.

Deliverables can be:

  • Presented live in a white-labeled presentation mode.
  • Shared using a secure link with a password and expiry.
  • Exported as a PDF for distribution or record-keeping.
