The Phin Security Awareness section brings training and phishing-simulation results into a client Deliverable so you can discuss security awareness alongside the client's other risks and plans.

Before you begin

  • Connect your Phin Partner account to Lifecycle Manager. See Connect Phin to Lifecycle Manager.
  • Confirm that the client is associated with the correct Phin company and that the integration has finished syncing.
  • The client must have access to Risk Management Deliverable sections, and you must have permission to edit their Deliverables.

Add Phin to a Deliverable

  1. Select the client, then open Engage > Deliverables.
  2. Open an editable Deliverable or create one.
  3. Click + Add Section and select the Phin section under Risk Management.
  4. Review the results and open the section settings to choose what to include.

If the Deliverable is published, return it to draft before changing its sections. See Adding and configuring Deliverables sections.

What the report shows

  • Learners and training: learner counts and training completion information.
  • Phishing outcomes: phishing click and reporting rates, with users to watch.
  • Active campaigns: the campaign activity returned by Phin for the company.

The report uses the information available from Phin for the selected client. Review the data period shown in the report when comparing results.

Choose the report content

In the section settings, turn Phishing outcomes, Training, and Active campaigns on or off. You can also set the report heading, choose whether to show the source, and configure section PDF options. Settings save automatically.

The saved choices control the client presentation and PDF report. Publish the Deliverable when it is ready to share. For sharing and downloading steps, see Presenting and sharing Deliverables.

If data is unavailable

Report data is unavailable means the section could not obtain report data; it is not a zero score or proof that no training or phishing activity occurred. Confirm the integration connection, Phin company access, and client association, then refresh the section after syncing completes. If the problem remains, contact ScalePad Support.

A displayed zero is a reported value. Interpret it alongside the learner count and reporting period rather than treating missing data as zero.
