Creating reports using deliverables

The deliverables section of Lifecycle Manager allows you to combine multiple reports into a single, client-ready PDF.

This article explains how to create a report, add content, and download the finished version.

Accessing deliverables

  1. Hover over Home and click Clients in the top navigation bar.
     
  2. Select a client with Lifecycle Manager X features enabled.
     
  3. In the left navigation menu, click Deliverables.

Creating a new report

  1. Click + New Report at the top left of the Reports Page.

  2. In the modal, choose a template to use for your report, or Start from Scratch.

     
  3. Click Next.
     
  4. In the report builder, enter a title for the report in the Report Title box.

Linking the Report to a Meeting

To attach the report to an upcoming meeting, click the link icon and select the meeting. Only meetings scheduled for this client will appear.

The report appears in the reports section of the selected Meeting.

Adding report sections

Click + Add reports to choose which sections to include in the compiled PDF report.

  • Cover - add a cover page to the report.
  • Hardware lifecycle report - Your client's default Hardware Lifecycle Report.
  • Hardware custom report - A customized, filtered Hardware Lifecycle Report.
  • Software summary report - Include your client's Software summary report.
  • Microsoft 365 contact report - Include a Microsoft 365 contact report.
  • Contact report - Include a customizable contact report.
  • Assessment report - Choose an assessment to include in the report.
  • Contract report - Include a summary of contracts for the client.
  • Roadmap report - Include customizable roadmap information.
  • Initiative report - Choose an initiative to include in the report.
  • Budgets - Include a customized budget report.
  • PDF file - Upload a PDF document to be included in the report.
     

Some report sections include filters or customization options. Make any required changes, then click Confirm to add the section to the report.

After confirming:

  • Drag the handle (six grey dots) next to the section name to reorder sections.

  • Click the Action Button to preview or remove a section

Viewing and downloading the report

Click View Report in the lower right corner of the report builder to generate a PDF copy of the report before saving.

To download a saved report later:

  1. Return to the Deliverables page for the client.
  2. Click the Action button next to the report (under the Actions column).
  3. Select Download.

Your report will download as a PDF document.
