About the Client Profile

The Client Profile gives you a clear view of a client’s IT environment in Lifecycle Manager. It brings together key client information in one place.
Access to some sections depends on your plan and whether the client has a Lifecycle Manager X license applied.

Accessing a client’s profile

You can open a client’s profile from the navigation bar at the top of the screen:

  1. Hover over Home.
  2. Select Clients.
  3. Click the client’s name to open their profile.

Layout and navigation

When you open a client's profile, the screen is divided into two main areas:

  • A navigation bar on the left, organized into the Dashboard, Review, Plan, Engage, and Manage sections.
  • The main content area, which updates based on the navigation item or tab you select.

The navigation panel on the left is persistent and remains visible wherever you are in the Client Profile. At the top of this panel, you'll always see:

  • The client's name.
  • A star indicator showing whether the client is starred as a favorite.
  • The segment to which the client has been assigned.

Left navigation panel

Within the Client Profile, the left navigation is organized as follows.
Features that require a Pro subscription or a Lifecycle Manager X license appear greyed out if they aren't available for that client.

In addition to the navigation items listed above, you'll also see client-specific settings and services at the bottom of the navigation panel on the Client Profile:

Dashboard

The Dashboard is the default landing page within the Client Profile.
From here, you can quickly see high-level information and recent activity for the client.

Dashboard tabs

Along the top of the Dashboard, there are five tabs:

  • Overview - The main client dashboard page. The client's environment is summarized here.

  • ClientIQ - Provides an AI-generated summary of the client's business and industry.

  • Analytics - View CSAT and ticket trends for this client.
