ScalePad Copilot (open beta) ScalePad Copilot is an AI assistant built directly into ScalePad, now available in open beta in Lifecycle Manager.
ConnectWise Manage financial opportunity sync Lifecycle Manager can now sync Initiative financial data into ConnectWise Manage as opportunities using Forecast Items. See: Creating and Linking PSA Opportunities from Initiatives
Deliverables updates
Contacts section in Deliverables You can now add client contact data to Deliverables.
Service Quality in Deliverables You can now add a Service Quality report page to Deliverables, including PSA-driven support metrics such as SLA attainment, response and resolution times, and trend data.
CrewHu CSAT in Deliverables You can now add CrewHu satisfaction results to Deliverables.
Simplesat in Deliverables Simplesat satisfaction results can now be added to Deliverables, including NPS and CSAT survey data in client-facing reports.
Microsoft Secure Score in Deliverables You can now add a Microsoft Secure Score report page to Deliverables.
Integration sync speed We have made significant improvements to our data synchronization process, reducing wait times and ensuring your client information stays up to date.
Global Roadmap export The Global Roadmap can now be exported as a CSV or Excel file with your active filters applied. See: About the Global Roadmap page
Monthly Budgeting Monthly Budgeting adds a monthly budget view and month-by-month forecasting for up to 12 months, so you can plan and track client IT budgets on a monthly basis. See: Customizing Budgets
Attachments and Links on Initiatives You can now attach files and links directly to Initiatives and view them in Deliverables. See: About the Initiative detail view
Last Active Date for Microsoft 365 users The Contacts view now shows a Last Active column for Microsoft 365 users, displaying when each contact last signed in to their Microsoft 365 account. See: Viewing client contacts
Agreements update on Budget Forecasts Agreements now sync automatically by default on Budget Forecasts. You can also hide specific agreements to omit them from your budget. See: Agreements Overview
Automatic client and contact creation from Microsoft 365 When a Microsoft 365 organization has no matching client in Lifecycle Manager, a new client and contacts are now created automatically.
Improved Microsoft 365 client matching Lifecycle Manager is now better at matching Microsoft 365 organizations to existing clients.
UI updates
Integration Center The Integration Center has a new layout that shows the health of each integration at a glance, including sync status, failure reasons, and per-data-type record counts.
Assessments for LM Pro Partners Lifecycle Manager Pro partners can now run Assessments for clients that don't have a Lifecycle Manager X license. For each non-LMX client, you can choose one assessment template and run it up to two times, making it easier to capture a before-and-after view for pre-sales and project-based work without upgrading every client to LMX. Saas Management in Lifecycle Manager Pro Saas Management is now live in Lifecycle Manager Pro. This expands SaaS Management beyond Lifecycle Manager X so Partners with an LM Pro subscription can surface SaaS and AI usage, uncover shadow IT, and better understand software adoption across client environments. Global client linking You can now manage client linking and unlinking directly from client settings. This gives you a faster, account-wide way to work with linked clients, including clients that were automatically linked. See Linking and renaming clients

Huntress ITDR data in Deliverables The Huntress EDR Deliverable report now includes Identity Threat Detection and Response (ITDR) data when your connected Huntress account has managed ITDR enabled. This adds identity security insights to the existing Huntress EDR report so you can include both endpoint and identity security reporting in a single deliverable.
Huntress SAT data in Deliverables Huntress SAT data can now be included in your Deliverables, making it easier to include security awareness reporting.
Smileback CSAT report in Deliverables You can now add SmileBack CSAT data to deliverables, making it easier to include customer satisfaction trends and survey results in client-facing reports alongside the rest of your Lifecycle Manager reporting.
Duplicate assessments You can now duplicate an existing Assessment, making it faster to reuse templates and recreate assessment structures without rebuilding them from scratch.
Exporting Roadmaps and Budgets to CSV You can now export Roadmaps and Budgets to CSV, giving you a simple way to work with data outside of Lifecycle Manager for reporting, analysis, and sharing.

Deprecated features
Main Dashboard deprecation The legacy Main Dashboard has been removed. As of March 25, 2026, any links or bookmarks that previously opened the main dashboard now redirect to the Client List. Client dashboards at the individual client level are unchanged and remain available.

You can now connect Simplesat to Lifecycle Manager to sync NPS survey results into Client Analytics, surfacing NPS scores and related client‑experience metrics in a dedicated engagement view for your Lifecycle Manager X client.

Deliverables V2 updates
Assessment item drill down Click into Assessment categories to reveal specific Assessment items.
Clickable Initiative Modal Click an Initiative in the Roadmap or Goals view to open the Initiative modal, showing details like executive summary and budget without navigating away.
Add multiple of the same report A single Deliverable can now include multiple Assessments, Budgets and Roadmaps.
Per unit line items in Initiatives and budget
You can now add per-unit line items to Initiatives, and see those values calculated and displayed correctly in Budgets, so you can quote work on a per‑seat or per‑device basis with accurate totals.
Create PSA tickets from assessment items
From the Assessment results page, you can now create a PSA ticket directly from an individual assessment item.
Global Analytics - Segment Filter
Global Analytics now includes a segment filter, so you can view dashboards by segment and compare performance across different groups of clients.
Client Analytics - Client Engagement tab
Each client now has a Client Engagement tab in Analytics, bringing together engagement and experience metrics (including NPS with Simplesat integrations) so you can see how actively a client is interacting with you.

ITAD marketplace sunset
IT Asset disposal was officially removed from the Marketplace on February 17th, 2026.
Existing ITAD orders will be processed, but no new ITAD requests can be created in Lifecycle Manager

New features
Deliverables V2 (Lifecycle Manager X) Deliverables have been significantly enhanced into a modern, web-based QBR presentation and reporting experience for your Lifecycle Manager X clients.
This release also introduces Deliverables Integration, with native report pages for Cork, Huntress EDR, and IT Glue, so key third-party insights can be included directly in the QBR story without the need for screenshots or manual imports.
Global Analytics (Lifecycle Manager X) A new Global Analytics view, accessible from the Global dropdown in Lifecycle Manager provides cross-client dashboards for Service Quality, Client Experience, and Client Engagement, helping you spot trends and outliers across all your Lifecycle Manager X clients.
Lifecycle Manager and Quoter integration A new Quoter integration connects quoting activity directly to planning in Lifecycle Manager. You can now link existing Quoter Quotes to Lifecycle Manager Initiatives and see associated quote details from the initiative, helping keep sales and strategic plans in sync.

Navigation update: Strategy -> Global The Strategy menu in Lifecycle Manager has been renamed to Global to better reflect its cross-client focus.
