Breach Secure Now Deliverable integration Add a Breach Secure Now security awareness training page to your Deliverables so secure scores, phishing results, training completion, and dark web monitoring appear in a dedicated security report for your clients.
SmileBack CSAT integration Sync SmileBack CSAT survey results into Lifecycle Manager Analytics to track client satisfaction alongside existing service quality and engagement metrics.
Autotask CSAT integration Bring Autotask ticket survey results into Client Analytics to track CSAT trends alongside service quality and engagement metrics.
Halo CSAT integration Bring Halo ticket survey results into Client Analytics so you can track CSAT trends for Halo-supported clients alongside your other service and engagement metrics.
Initiative templates management Initiative templates can now be centrally managed in settings, making it easier to standardize reusable initiative patterns, update them in one place, and apply them consistently across clients.

Client Access Groups Restrict which clients each user can see in global views by assigning them to Client Groups.
Contract auto-sync settings Control how contracts sync from your PSA into Lifecycle Manager with new auto-sync settings, so you can decide which contracts should update automatically.
KnowBe4 Deliverable integration Add a KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training page to Deliverables so training results appear in your QBRs.
Acronis Integration Connect Acronis to ScalePad to bring Acronis backup coverage into Lifecycle Manager.
In-app product tours and onboarding checklists Follow guided tours and checklists in-app to learn key Lifecycle Manager workflows.
Software improvements:
Microsoft 365 naming updates Updated Saas labels and navigation to Microsoft 365 throughout Lifecycle Manager.
Deprecated Features
Main Dashboard deprecation The legacy Main Dashboard has been removed. As of March 25, 2026, any links or bookmarks that previously opened the main dashboard now redirect to the Client List. Client dashboards at the individual client level are unchanged and remain available.

New Features:
Simplesat integration & NPS in Client Analytics
You can now connect Simplesat to Lifecycle Manager to sync NPS survey results into Client Analytics, surfacing NPS scores and related client‑experience metrics in a dedicated engagement view for your Lifecycle Manager X client.
Software Improvements
Deliverables V2 updates
Assessment item drill down Click into Assessment categories to reveal specific Assessment items.
Clickable Initiative Modal Click an Initiative in the Roadmap or Goals view to open the Initiative modal, showing details like executive summary and budget without navigating away.
Add multiple of the same report A single Deliverable can now include multiple Assessments, Budgets and Roadmaps.
Per unit line items in Initiatives and budget
You can now add per-unit line items to Initiatives, and see those values calculated and displayed correctly in Budgets, so you can quote work on a per‑seat or per‑device basis with accurate totals.
Create PSA tickets from assessment items
From the Assessment results page, you can now create a PSA ticket directly from an individual assessment item.
Global Analytics - Segment Filter
Global Analytics now includes a segment filter, so you can view dashboards by segment and compare performance across different groups of clients.
Client Analytics - Client Engagement tab
Each client now has a Client Engagement tab in Analytics, bringing together engagement and experience metrics (including NPS with Simplesat integrations) so you can see how actively a client is interacting with you.
Deprecated Features
ITAD marketplace sunset
IT Asset disposal was officially removed from the Marketplace on February 17th, 2026.
Existing ITAD orders will be processed, but no new ITAD requests can be created in Lifecycle Manager
January 2026
New releases:
Deliverables V2 (Lifecycle Manager X) Deliverables have been significantly enhanced into a modern, web-based QBR presentation and reporting experience for your Lifecycle Manager X clients.
This release also introduces Deliverables Integration, with native report pages for Cork, Huntress EDR, and IT Glue, so key third-party insights can be included directly in the QBR story without the need for screenshots or manual imports.
Global Analytics (Lifecycle Manager X) A new Global Analytics view, accessible from the Global dropdown in Lifecycle Manager provides cross-client dashboards for Service Quality, Client Experience, and Client Engagement, helping you spot trends and outliers across all your Lifecycle Manager X clients.
Lifecycle Manager and Quoter integration A new Quoter integration connects quoting activity directly to planning in Lifecycle Manager. You can now link existing Quoter Quotes to Lifecycle Manager Initiatives and see associated quote details from the initiative, helping keep sales and strategic plans in sync.
Software improvements:
Navigation update: Strategy -> Global The Strategy menu in Lifecycle Manager has been renamed to Global to better reflect its cross-client focus.
